Uzumaki is a horror comic set in a small town called Kurouzu-cho, where strange events begin to occur because of a mysterious obsession with spirals. The story follows Kirie Goshima and her boyfriend, Shuichi Saito, as they witness the terrifying effects of this obsession. People in the town start to go mad, and bizarre, spiral-related phenomena begin to take over—some people even transform into spiral-shaped creatures. As the spiral curse spreads, it seems to control both nature and the residents, and the town begins to fall apart.

As the horror intensifies, Kirie and Shuichi try to understand the curse and survive its growing power. The spirals become an unstoppable force, driving the town into madness and destruction. Uzumaki is a chilling tale of a town consumed by a pattern that distorts reality itself.
